We brush your pool (walls, tiles, steps).

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We analyze your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in peak condition.

We net your pool.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

Your Duties

Report to us any observations of swimming pool issues.

Maintain adequate water level.

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when needed.

Stabilizer treatments required.

There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Monthly price is based on a four week billing cycle.

Homeowners can change service plans from Full to Partial just contact us to schedule the change.

Necessary Stabilizer & Filter Cleanings

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are imperative for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to boost the stabilizer, perform a filter cleaning with acid and remove phosphates. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for customers on our weekly service plans.
